How do I place an order?
Order process
Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. 

Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched. All products are subject to availability.

Cancel an order

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.

Costumer account
Making an account is not obligated to purchase an item. You can log in as a guest and simply input all your billing and delivery information. However, we encourage you to register to save time on your next purchase, as well to receive special offers and notifications.

Price Adjustments
We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
We do not price match items placed on sale with another retailer or online store.

coupon codes
You can add a coupon code on page 2 of the checkout process. Paypal being an offsite payment gateway, works a bit differently. When checking out, you go to paypal.com right away, enter your shipping and billing addresses. After that, you return to our webshop where you pick a shipping rate and type in a discount code, the price is updated accordingly.

Only one coupon can be applied per order. All of our coupons have an expiration date. 
Coupons can’t be refunded after checkout.

 Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns or exchanges
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Pre-ordered items can be refunded or exchanged 30 days after shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as magazines, gift cards and underwear.

Returns
We offer free returns for NL, DE, BE and LU complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged,washed or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, they can be exchanged or exchanged for a voucher code with the same amount as the purchased item.

 

Exchanges 
If you would like to exchange the item for another size or style, you have to (re)order it in the webshop.

Replace
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at salesnonbykim@gmail.com and send your item to: Jacob van Campenlaan 385 Hilversum  NL 1222KL.

Gifts
If the item was purchased with a gift card and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return shipping
To return your product, pls. send us an email first to approve your return shipping. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD.

Lost return Package
Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 What does pre-order mean?

Why pre-order
We offer the possibility to pre-order, before the item is being produced so you can make sure you get your favorite item right after the collection is released for sales.
We only produce up to 20 pieces per style, when we've reached that limit the item is no longer available for pre-order or for sale after the pre-order period.  

Place a pre-order
You can pre-order as soon as the pre-order function is available in the webshop. You pay at checkout, don't forget to claim your discount using the code NONSTOP. 

Pre-order delivery
Your order will be shipped to you by courier Sea-bourne express.
The Fall Winter collection will be delivered in the end of September, we will contact you before shipping. If the pre-oder is done earlier, we will contact you so you receive your order earlier.

Cancel pre-order
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. For returns and refunds when you have received the item, pls. see returns and exchanges.
